New Candidate List: Support for Searching Free Text in Option Pickers

What’s new?

We’ve enhanced dropdown and mini-picker fields in the New Candidate List to support free text search. Users can now type to search and filter dropdown options, including values that may not appear in the currently configured option list.

Why does it matter?

Previously, users could only select from the visible configured options, making it difficult to find past values (e.g. legacy statuses). With this update, free text search restores the flexibility available in the legacy Candidate list, ensuring users can easily find and filter candidates by all relevant values, including those outside the current option set.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the New Candidate List. The rollout of the New Candidate List is currently in progress.
